Starting your journey with Bad Ass Training Taupō is simple, supportive, and designed around you. When you book your initial consultation for nutrition coaching or personal training, we take the time to understand your lifestyle, current habits, and what you want to achieve. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach, it’s personalised support to help you reach your health, fitness, and nutrition goals.
Your first session includes a full pre-screen, covering your medical history, current fitness level, and any limitations, followed by an Evolt 360 body scan to give an in-depth look at your body composition. From there, we set realistic, achievable goals tailored to your lifestyle, whether that’s weight loss, building strength, improving energy, or creating sustainable habits.
At Bad Ass Training Taupō, we then create a personalised nutrition and/or training plan built specifically for you. With ongoing support, regular follow-ups, and expert guidance, you’ll stay on track, make consistent progress, and achieve long-term results.
