Children through to seniors and everyone in between we have created a safe space where fitness meets health. A space to come and find your inner Bad Ass.

Our clients range from 5years old to 94 years young. We actually have something to suit everyone. It is Personal Training for a reason. It is personal and it's all about you!

Fitness is so much more than getting a six pack or running marathons. We know how important mental health is just as much as physical. Come along to a class and need someone to talk to? Then we are here to listen. Exercise is a great addition to help you on those days you just feel a bit of a half ass!

You need to take time for you, whether that be a relaxing sauna or a nice crisp ice bath dip we have it all here. Perhaps you like to relax and read a book, well yes you guessed it we have a swap a book library here as well.

Self-care is non-negotiable!

5 years in business and 1 year in our new building. In this time, we have created so many friendships not just for us but for you all too. This is not a gym this is a studio where we have built our own community of like-minded people who lift each other up and support our adventures. No matter what they look like.

This is one of our client types of feedback. We aim to make a difference in everyone's lives whether that is short or long term it doesn't matter. Making a difference in someone's life can mean the world to them and it is what shapes us to be as unique and Bad ass as we are!
