What to Bring for Your Pole Lesson To make the most of your pole class, please come prepared with t


To make the most of your pole class, please come prepared with the right gear and mindset.

Bring:

  • A water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your session.
     
  • A towel to keep yourself and the pole clean and dry.
     

Wear:
We recommend shorts and a singlet or crop top.
Pole relies on skin contact for grip, so the more skin exposed, the better you’ll stick to the pole and the more confident you’ll feel as you learn.

Important Information:

  • A 48-hour cancellation policy is enforced.
     
  • No refunds are given as spaces are limited and in high demand.
     
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur an additional fee.
     
  • Late entry is not permitted due to the nature and safety of the class — please arrive on time and ready to move.

5.45PM and 6.45PM

These classes are suitable for beginners and all fitness levels.
